ISO 27001 – Data Security

Every day we hear from companies who stole sensitive information or lost such information in extraordinary events, such as hardware failure, crashes, floods, … the origin? Neglect? Sabotage? Stole? Or simply bad luck ..

But it is more: Nowadays it is not only important to protect your own information (operatives, plans, rr.hh …) and the information of your clients (personal data, addresses, purchases, cards, itineraries …) but it is also important to check publicly that the company has assessed the risks and has taken the respective measures and training to prevent any theft of information. In this way the company is able to show in a “critical event” that any information published or lost was not stolen in the company’s own facilities but elsewhere (resellers, agencies, suppliers …)
